BAFA stands for Building America, for Americans. The letters are the mark. The work is apartments: buy existing stock, bring it to standard, house people who work, and hold.

The country runs on people who protect, build, and keep it going — first responders, firefighters, EMTs, police, military families, veterans, National Guard, nurses, trades, teachers, logistics, and municipal crews. They need a roof near the work. We do not build glass towers for a brochure. We take what is already standing and make it decent. That is the whole thesis.
